The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent numbers 5 to 6 to execute the warrant of arrest issued on 10th June, 2025 and 21st June, 2025 and further direction upon the respondent numbers 7 to 11 to pay the certificate amount of Rs. 2,62,206.72/- with interest and cost, in connection with Gratuity Case No. G-127/21. 3.

Report filed by the Certificate Officer, Howrah, through the learned counsel for the State be kept with the record.

On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties it appears that matter is pending before the Certificate Officer, Howrah, in a certificate proceeding.

Accordingly, on hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the parties are at liberty to approach the Certificate

Officer who shall make all endeavour to dispose of the certificate proceedings expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of this order. 6.

The respondent/company is at liberty to pray for installments before the Certificate Officer who shall consider the prayer in accordance with law. 7.

The writ application stands disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
