An application has been filed by the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 for extending the time by recalling the order dated 23rd December, 2020 passed by this court for a further period of three months so that the respondent nos. 1, 2 3 and 4 can comply with the process of selecting majority union by voting through secret ballot.

The learned advocate for the respondent nos. 1,

2, 3 and 4 prays for three months time.

Learned advocate for the petitioners has placed one schedule for holding elections and the elections process of different dates to be done by the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Kolkata. The order passed by the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) dated 19th February, 2021 filed on behalf of the petitioner today be kept on record. After hearing I find that the learned advocate for the respondent nos. 1, 2 3, and 4 should take instruction in respect of the letter dated 19th February, 2021 and to come back for making appropriate submission in respect of this. For this purpose, the matter is adjourned till 5th March, 2021.
