Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the son of one of the accused who had been arrested with fake Indian currency notes. Materials on record show he is a conspirator in the crime. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
