Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate representing the respondent Bank, submits that the present writ petition was preferred citing inaction on the part of the Bank in extending the benefit of restructuring the loan accounts following the Reserve Bank of India guidelines. He submits that the loan has been repaid and accordingly the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of such subsequent development, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There will be no order as to costs.
