Petitioners have expressed their grievance in respect of the continuance of Sankrail P. S. Case No. 824 of 2020. I have perused the materials and on an assessment of the same, I am of the view that let the case be first considered at the stage of consideration of charges by the learned sessions court who would be in charge of the sessions trial. Petitioner is granted liberty to approach this court after the said stage is over. With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 798 of 2024 is disposed of.
