1. We have elaborately heard the learned advocate for the review applicants and the learned State counsel.

2. We find that no error, which is apparent on the face of the order has been pointed out for us to exercise the review jurisdiction.

3. It is settled legal principle that review is not an appeal in disguise.

4. Accordingly, review application is dismissed.

5. After we have dictated the above order, the learned advocate for the review applicants prayed for extension of time to file an appeal before the statutory appellate authority for which 60 days time was granted.

6. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the review applicants that appeal could not be filed within the time permitted since, this review application was pending.

7. We have heard the learned State counsel on the above submission.

8. Considering the above submission, the time for filing the appeal before the statutory authority is extended by a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of server copy of this order.
