Mr. Mukherjee, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the criminal proceedings including the order by which warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioners. An interim order of stay of the proceedings including the warrant of arrest has been granted by the learned Single Judge. The matter is pending. In view of the aforesaid, there is no immediate apprehension of the petitioners being arrested. We, therefore, dispose of this application reserving liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer if the same becomes necessary. Accordingly, the application being C.R.M. 2149 of 2021 is disposed of.
