In Re.: CPAN 200 of 2021 With CAN 1 of 2021 An application being CAN 1 of 2021 has been filed by the State from the Joint Director, Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department, seeking recall of the order dated 20th January, 2021. It is submitted that the said order cannot be complied with since the draft panel prepared pursuant to the selection process for the post of Supervisor in the exempted category in Kharagpur-II, ICDS Project, Paschim Medinipur, was scraped for irregularities.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 20th January, 2021 shall stand recalled.

The application being CAN 1 of 2021 is allowed. CPAN 200 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

Rule, if any, stands discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

In Re.: WPA 404 of 2021 Let the writ petition be placed before the appropriate Bench taking Group VI matters subject to its convenience.
