Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence. One of his associates had fired at the victim. Co-accused have been granted regular bail. Principles of grant of anticipatory bail are stricter than that of regular bail. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
