Considering the submission of the petitioner, I am of the view that at present no cause of action arises since the impugned show-cause notice has already been withdrawn by the respondent concerned which is the whole submission of the petitioner.

In view of the observation made hereinabove, this writ petition being WPA 4897 of 2023 is disposed of without passing any order.
