Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13-12-2023 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 1st court, Kakdwip in Criminal Revision No. 72 of 2023. The learned court is awaiting for lower court records .

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to a stay in respect of a bail which has been cancelled by the learned ACJM, Kakdwip. As the revisional application is pending before the learned sessions court, I do not intend to comment on the merits of the same. However, I direct that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st court, Kakdwip to take steps so that the Criminal Revision No. 72 of 2023 is disposed of by 15th April, 2024. The learned revisional court would fix as many number of dates as it would deem fit and proper but will not stretch the timeline fixed by this court.

With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 796 of 2024 is disposed of.
