This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Bench dated 24th January, 2018 in WP No.1253(W) of 2018 by which interim relief sought for was rejected.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing for the appellant that the main writ petition itself has been disposed of by an order dated 5th August, 2021.

Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of for the aforementioned reasons.

There shall be no order as to costs.
