The revisional application has been preferred for expeditious hearing of Criminal Motion No.366 of 2019 which is pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 9th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

The record reflects that the said criminal revision is pending since 2019. The petitioner/wife is aggrieved by the pendency of the said revisional application.

Accordingly, I direct that in case the said revisional application has not been disposed of till date, the learned revisional court would dispose of the said revisional application within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 9th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 757 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
