Counsel for the respective parties are present. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged contemnor has been superannuated from his service and new incumbent has been joined as the Estate Manager, Kalyani and Officer on Special Duty. Accordingly, the petitioner intends to add the name of the new incumbent who has presently joined in the post of the Estate Manager, Kalyani.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, leave is granted to add the name of the new incumbent as the alleged contemnor no.2 in the contempt application within a week from date.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that notice has already been served upon Mr. Naba Kumar Das

who is appearing for the alleged contemnor and submits that he has received the copy of the contempt application along with the documents.

Counsel for the alleged contemnor prays for a week's time to take appropriate instruction.

Let the matter appear on 27th July, 2023.
