Learned Advocate for the petitioner says that the victim girl has been recovered.

We also see that the missing girl has written a letter addressed to the Inspector-in-Charge, Mohanpur Police Station, Paschim Medinipur, saying that she got married to one Abhijit Samanta on her own volition and she wants to reside with him.

In view of the aforesaid, it cannot be said that the girl is missing anymore.

The application being WPA(H) 21 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
