1. The petitioners had earlier approached this court and a direction was issued to consider the representation wherein it was alleged that there is an encroachment in a government land.

2. The representation was considered and the Block Development Officer has conducted physical inspection and passed a speaking order stating that there is no encroachment in government land in Plot No.1070, JL No.165 of Panchberia Mouza.
