1. Petitioner submits incident occurred due to a small tiff between brothers. He had no intention to commit the murder. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had assaulted his brother resulting in his death.

4. In view of the materials on record and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
