Mr. Amitesh Chakraborty ...for the petitioners This is an application wherein petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No.581 of 2023 presently pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Sealdah. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the prayer made by the petitioner is justified and if it is allowed in terms of the prayer made herein, the opposite party will have no cause to prejudice. Therefore, service of copy of application upon the opposite party is dispensed with.

Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and that the prayer made by the petitioner is justified, the instant application being CRR 1228 of 2026 is hereby disposed of with a direction upon the Court below to make every endeavour for expeditious disposal of the case and to make his best effort to conclude the proceeding preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing.

This order is passed invoking this Court's jurisdiction under Section 529 of the BNSS.
