Petitioner has been implicated in connection with the instant case being Special Case No.78 of 2023 which arose out of Kaliachak Police Station Case No.1012 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023. Petitioner has approached this Court for return of the vehicle. I find from the reasons so assigned in the order dated 08.02.2024 that the learned Judge, 3rd Special Court, Malda was pleased to impose certain conditions, which are the cause of grievance. The conditions so imposed are not unreasonable and, as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the order so passed dated 08.02.2024.

Accordingly, CRR 794 of 2024 is dismissed.
