The petitioner has raised a billing dispute. According to the petitioner, an exorbitant sum has been claimed, although the submersible pump of the petitioner was lying in an unutilized condition. The writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Regional Grievance Redressal Officer in accordance with law, with his dispute. If such approach is made, the Regional Grievance Redressal Officer shall decide the dispute upon hearing the petitioner as also the representatives of the Galshi Cstomer Care Centre and pass necessary orders within a month from the receipt of the

petitioner's application. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated. Till such decision is taken by the Regional Grievance Redressal Officer, the supply line shall not be disconnected.

All the parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
