It is reported at the bar that learned Advocates for the parties have not yet received the paper book.

In view of such, department is directed to prepare requisite numbers of paper books within a fortnight from today if not prepared in the meantime.

Liberty is given to the learned Advocates for the appellants as well as learned Advocate for the State to collect the paper book from the department.

On perusal of the report dated 14.06.2024 as submitted by OC Sainthia Police Station, it reveals that the appellant no.2 Sukumar Mahara and appellant no.3 Sudha Mahara are no more.

In view of such, the instant appeal stands abated as regards the appellant no.2 Sukumar Mahara and appellant no.3 Sudha Mahara.

Department is directed to tag the Vakalatnama as executed by appellant no.1 Ajit Mahara with the instant file forthwith. 7.
