For the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No.219 of 2019 pending before the learned Additional District & Session Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur, South 24Parganas, under Section 27(1)(d) of the Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to serve notice upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District & Session Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas, is requested to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.219 of 2019, as expeditious as possible, in compliance with the provision of Section 40-B of the Special Marriage Act, 1954.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application, being CO 662 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Additional District & Session Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas, forthwith. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
