Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the direction incorporated in the order dated November 30, 2021 passed in WPA 5607 of 2021 has been deliberately flouted by the alleged contemnor.

However, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, pursuant to the said direction, a hearing was given in accordance with law to the applicant.

However, due to the pandemic situation and causes beyond the control of the alleged contemnor, the entire money pursuant to the entire bill could not be raised. In his usual fairness, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor further submits that the alleged contemnor shall raise the requisite bill for the balance amount within two days.

In such view of the matter, the matter is adjourned till March 8, 2022 when it will be enlisted under the same heading.
