This revisional application has been filed for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Chinsurah Hooghly to dispose of the pending applications in Title Suit No.10 of 2012.

Records reveal that an application under Order 22, Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure is pending before the learned court below for sometime. The learned court below is directed to dispose of the application under Order 22, Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a month from the next date fixed. This Court has not gone into the merits of the claim and counter-claim of the parties and the learned court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties. Upon disposal of the pending application/applications, the learned court below shall

expedite the disposal of Title Suit No.10 of 2012, keeping in mind the age of the suit.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
