1. This revisional application seeks, inter alia, expeditious disposal of Other Suit No.20 of 2008 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampur, Murshidabad.

2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction of prior service of notice and copy of the revisional application is made.

3. The petitioner shall, however, remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. The Other Suit No.20 of 2008 being a suit for partition has been pending since long.

4. In such view of the matter, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the suit and endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the

parties.

5. CO 753 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
