The petitioner alleges that the Char Rajanagar S.K.U.S. Limited is not releasing the Old Age Pension that is being credited in her account. 2.

According to the respondent no.6, the petitioner obtained loan from the said account and has not repaid the same. The respondent no.6 has requested the petitioner to visit the office for settlement of the claim but the petitioner has not turned up. 3.

No document has been placed by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.6 to show that the petitioner was directed to visit the office for a settlement.

It has been submitted that a sum of Rs.74,000/- and odd is available in the account of the petitioner.

The Block Development Officer, Raninagar II Development Block is directed to take necessary steps to ensure that the petitioner receives her Old Age Pension in accordance with the scheme.

The Block Development Officer is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the representative of the respondent no. 6 and the petitioner and take necessary steps in this regard.

The Block Development Officer shall ensure that payment is released in favour of the petitioner positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
