Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 were identified in course of T. I. Parade. Petitioner Nos.3 and 4 were named in the first information report as assailants. Victim was assaulted and suffered homicidal death. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
