Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing the submissions of the parties and perusal of the writ petition I find that the dispute involved in this writ petition arises is purely civil in nature and this writ petition has been filed on mere apprehension of threat by the private respondent and for redressal of grievance, writ court is not the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, WPA 5615 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from availing any remedy available to him under the law.
