Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the other co-accuseds were enlarged on bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle. The de facto complainant entrusted the petitioner for the transportation of the edible oil. The edible oil put in the transportation be recovered. The de facto complainant is represented.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the edible oil put in the transportation, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1294 of 2022, is rejected.
