The petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court on November 18, 2020 in CRM 7959 of 2020. The charge is under Sections 489(B)/489(C) of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a good chance that if the petitioner is released on bail, he may indulge in similar unlawful activities once again. Further, we find no apparent change of circumstances after the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected earlier.

The application for bail being CRM 2165 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.

We are told that the charge-sheet has been submitted. Learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial to the extent the business of the court may permit.
