The grievance of the petitioner is directed against alleged violation of an order dated November 28, 2024. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there has been no compliance with the said order. Pursuant to earlier orders of Court, the State is represented and submits that despite a delay, the order dated November 28, 2024 has been duly complied with and a report containing the order is served on the petitioner. The unconditional apology of the Pradhan is also noted.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present application.
