The present revisional application was preferred against the order dated 30-11-2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Second Court, Bishnupur passed in connection with GR Case No.385 of 2003.

The records of the present revisional application reflect that on 15-06-2011, the matter appeared before a coordinate Bench of this Court when none presented the revisional application and the matter was adjourned. Till date, the revisional application has not been admitted. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mrs. Debjani Sahu is directed to appear on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the appropriate authority. Having considered the nature and contention in the revisional application, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this belated stage in respect of the order which has been under challenge.

Accordingly, CRR 659 of 2011 is dismissed.
