Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application way back on 23rd November, 2024 before the Chairman, North 24-Parganas District Primary School Council with a request for urgent transfer on special ground and the council after considering the application has directed the Medical Board to submit a medical report. The medical report issued by the Medical Board was placed before the Chairman on 16.04.2025 but even then the application made by the petitioner is not considered by the Chairman, North 24-Parganas District Primary School Council.

The application dated 23.11.2024 is pending till date and the report from the Medical Board is ready with the North 24-Parganas District Primary School Council, being respondent nos.5 and 6 in the instant writ petition.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 5040 of 2025 stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
