We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had abducted the victim who was proceeding for picnic and demanded money.

In view of the nature of activity which affects public order and as investigation is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
