The contempt application is taken up for hearing when Mr.Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the alleged contemnor being the District Inspector of Schools (S.E), South 24 Parganas and files affidavit of compliance which is taken on record.

It has been submitted by Mr. Mukherjee, that the alleged contemnor is also personally present in Court pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court on 11th April, 2022. It has also been submitted that the order passed by this Court on 29th November, 2021 has been complied with.

On behalf of the alleged contemnor, Mr.

Mukherjee has tendered unconditional apology for

delayed compliance and such apology is accepted by this Court.

In view of compliance of the order dated 29th November, 2021 the contempt proceeding stands discharged. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

The contempt application being CPAN 226 of 2022 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
