The grievance of the petitioner is directed against alleged violation of an order dated November 21, 2024. The State is represented.

The presence of the Pradhan is also noted.

It appears from the submissions of the State that the order dated November 21, 2024 was never communicated to the concerned Pradhan. However, the concerned Pradhan unequivocally undertakes to dispose of the said representation in terms of the order dated November 21, 2024 within a period of three weeks from date. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present contempt application.

CPAN 380 of 2025 stands disposed of by recording an undertaking of the concerned Pradhan to dispose of the representation in terms of the order dated November 21, 2024 by April 28, 2025.
