16.08.2022 Item no. 13 Court No.06 S.De.

C.R.R. 323 of 2014 with I.A. No.CRAN/1/2015 (Old No.CRAN/2588/2015) I.A. No.CRAN/2/2015 (Old No.CRAN/3660/2015) In the matter of : Bijay Thakur.

......Petitioner.

None appears of behalf of the petitioner or the opposite party at the time of call.

On perusal of the record it appears that on several previous occasions none appeared on behalf of either of the parties when the matter was called on. Hence, without wasting any further time the case record is taken up for delivering order.

It is an application by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge nonconsideration of representation dated February 13, 2015 before the Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court on the subject matter "the matter has not come up for hearing and/or inclusion which has been several times refused by the Hon'ble Court" also impugned in this case is the inaction of

Information Officer regarding petitioner's application under Right to Information Act dated February 9, 2015. Perused the materials available on record. In my considered opinion the petitioner has not been able to put forth any sufficient or cogent material to warrant this Court's interference into the impugned act of High Court Administration. Hence, the present revisional case merits no success. It is, therefore, ordered that the CRR 323 of 2014 along with CRAN 2588 of 2015 and CRAN 3660 of 2015 are dismissed.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance with all the necessary formalities. [Rai Chattopadhyay, J.]
