This criminal revisional application being CRR 583 of 2009 was tagged with CRR 3213 of 2008 and both the revisional applications were being heard together and both the revisional applications were dismissed for default on August 26, 2021, but inadvertently criminal revisional application being CRR 3213 of 2008 has not been found with the other revisional application. Therefore, concerned department is directed to tag the revisional application being CRR 3213 of 2008 with the other revisional application being CRR 583 of 2009. Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
