The petitioner has prayed for certain reliefs, which are relating to strict implementation of Representation of Peoples Act, 1951. The petition, as such, filed is premature in nature. The Election Commission of India is best-

suited and constitutionally obliged to conduct election in a free, fair and correct way. At this stage, no case is made out for interference.

This PIL is, thus, disposed of.
