The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Radhamohanpur Jawaharlal Nehru High School (H.S.), District-Bankura.

He applied for general transfer under Utsashree Portal on medical ground.

The prayer of the petitioner was returned with the observation of the C.M.O.H that the illness of the petitioner is not serious.

There is no scope to reassess the said observation of the C.M.O.H in an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The petitioner, therefore, has failed to make out a case for general transfer besides Utsashree Portal is under suspension.

W.P.A. 4723 of 2022 is dismissed with the above terms without any order as to costs.
