Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. The learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that the instant revisional application was directed against the order dated 16.11.2009 passed by the learned Principal Judge of the Family Court at Calcutta fixing a date for hearing after execution case only, after filing of the revisional application, petitioner did not take any steps after 18th February, 2010 in spite of specific order by the court with a directing to serve copy of the opposite party no. 2 but till date neither any steps has been taken nor any affidavit of service is filed.

That apart on careful perusal order impugned, I do not find any illegality or irregularity therein.

Thus, the revisional application pending since 2010 stands disposed of.
