Affidavit-of-compliance affirmed on 5th December, 2025 by the additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas is taken on record.

Order of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas issued vide memo dated 7th April, 2025 is enclosed to this affidavit-ofcompliance whereby claim of the petitioner to grant benefit of higher scale of pay was rejected.

Since decision has been taken by the alleged contemnors, it appears that order of the coordinate Bench dated 3rd June, 2014 is complied with.

Hence, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps against the memo dated 7th April, 2025 in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if

applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
