Learned senior standing Counsel appearing for the State submits, on instruction that, the letter dated 10, 2019 was registered as first information report on August 04, 2021 and that the police are investigating thereon.

In such circumstances, the police acting in the manner as noted above, further interference by the Writ Court is not called for at this stage.

Accordingly, WPA 5629 of 2021 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
