Earlier it was pointed out before this Court regarding the petitioner having expired in course of pendency of the revisional application. To that effect, the NCB was directed to conduct an enquiry. Accordingly, the Officer of NCB has conducted an enquiry. Documents have been received from the KMC from the Woodland Hospital as also the death certificate has been collected. So far as the present petitioner Rajeev Mohata is concerned as he has expired, learned advocate submits that they do not intend to press the revisional application as substantially the case has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR of is dismissed as infructuous.
