For the Respondent In terms of our order dated 28th November, 2022, an application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed before the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Barrackpore being Matrimonial Suit No. 2997 of 2022 for dissolution of marriage on mutual consent on or about 12th December, 2022 was allowed by the learned court on 17th December, 2022 and the photostat copy of the same filed in court be kept with the record.

In view of the aforesaid, the impugned decree is set aside. It is recorded that the marriage has been dissolved on mutual consent by the order passed on 17th December, 2022 by 3rd Additional District Judge at Barrackpore.

In view thereof, FAT 61 of 2022 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
