By an order dated April 19, 2024, a Co-ordinate Bench had granted interim bail to the petitioner on certain conditions and directed learned advocate for the State to submit report with regard to notice to the victim girl.

Today, such report has been filed in Court. Let the same be kept with the records.

It appears that the victim girl has been notified of this bail application. However, nobody has appeared for the victim girl. In the facts and circumstances of the case aforestated, we confirm the interim bail that was granted by the Co-ordinate Bench on the same terms and conditions as recorded in the order dated April 19, 2024.
