The Inspector-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station has filed a report before this Court signed on 8th July, 2024 mentioning that Baruipur PS Case No.1441/2022 dated 1st September, 2022 under Sections 406/468/472/109 IPC was investigated and the investigating officer submitted final report as - civil in nature - vide Baruipur PS Final Report No.1670/2022 dated 30th November, 2022.

Copy of the report along with the final report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner in Court.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Judge for further necessary relief by raising all points including making prayer for examination of the concerned document by the handwriting expert.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
