A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a Title Appeal No. 56 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No I, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

The only contention expressed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is against the delay caused in the disposal of such Title Appeal. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that even after fixing the date, on previous occasion, there has been no delivery of judgment. Upon perusal of the photocopies of the orders passed by the learned Court below annexed with the instant revisional application, it appears that on 30th April, 2022, is the next date fixed for delivery of judgment.

That being the position, it is believed that the Court below would deliver judgment on that date, and if for any unforeseen reasons whatsoever, the same could not be done, the judgment may be

delivered upon hearing both sides within best possible opportunity, bearing in mind the year of institution of this appeal.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party and the opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
