Mr. A. Khan, Mr. P. Roy .........for the petitioner. This revisional application has been filed with prayer for early disposal of all pending applications in connection with the Title Suit No. 03 of 2022. I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite parties.

Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court Barasat, North 24-Parganas is requested to dispose of all pending applications in connection with the Title Suit No. 03 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless extreme urgency.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Divison), 1st Court, Barasat, North-24 Parganas.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
