Since then the matter is appearing in the list. The appeal is of the year 2009. The appellant has due notice of the matter. The appellant is not represented.

The appeal is defective. The Additional Stamp Reporter has notified various defects in its report dated 23rd February, 2009. One of the defects is with regard to limitation.

Since no application has been filed for condonation of delay, the appeal stands dismissed as time-barred. In view thereof, the connected applications also stand dismissed.
